    Abstract
This is a book review of 'New Directions in Comparative Capitalisms Research: Critical and Global Perspectives' that opens comparative capitalism (CC) research to diverse and critical approaches that examine capitalist diversity and, importantly, examine it in contexts beyond the Triad i.e. Europe, USA and Japan. It sets a research agenda for new directions in CC research.
