    Description
This model reported in the paper addresses a shortcoming in all existing building simulation programs. It is now in the process of being incorporated into the open source simulation program EnergyPlus. Hanby conceived the project, carried out the theoretical analysis, computations, inter-model comparisons and wrote the paper. The remaining authors carried out the validating experiment.
