Abstract
Concise overview of the key issues in understanding the relationships between ethnicity and health. Includes practical suggestions and resources for primary health providers. Each chapter includes a brief overview, examples of good practice and a resources section. Description This book provides a social perspective on illness within different ethnic groups with practical suggestions for primary health providers on a wide range of issues such as how to deal with communication and language barriers with minority ethnic communities.
