    Description
This paper resulted in an invitation to present the work at Philadelphia University, Jordan, which, itself, resulted in a grant of £200k from Eastern Investment Group Holdings (contact alsadim@eastern-grp.com) to fund a research fellow and two PhD students to develop this work further. It also paved the way for collaboration with Professor William Webb (Head of Research & Development, OFCOM, William.webb@ofcom.gov.uk) to research associated spectrum issues.
