    Abstract
    The chapter explores the development of health policy under the Coalition Government in England between 2010-15. It examines the legacy of New Labour's policies. It focuses on the processes of policy development and in particular on conflict and consensus between the Coalition partners. It also examines the record of the Coalition and its key reforms.
